Now that school is over for the year, Thursday nights have been relocated to my house. It’s fun, and exciting, and now that I’m working fulltime, I can actually afford to cook well!
On the menu tonight:
Salad (Choose among lettuce, tomatoes, onion, almonds, ham, cucumber and olives, with ranch, italian or vinaigrette dressing)
Quiche (Choose between quiche lorraine, which has onions and bacon, or spinach quiche. I may also make a plain cheese quiche, depending on how many people turn up)
Sorbet and/or Vanilla Ice Cream, with fruit (nectarines, raspberries, strawberries).
Summer-y foods galore!
